This cream is a combination cream that exhibits anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-protozoal & anti-inflammatory actions. Ofloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that acts against many gram-positive & gram-negative bacteria. Ornidazole belongs to the nitroimidazole group of antibiotics and is used to treat amoeba and trichomonas infections. Terbinafine is an Allylamine antifungal that inhibits biosynthesis of Ergosterol (an essential component of the fungal cell membrane) via inhibition of Squalene Epoxidase enzyme causing fungal cell death. Clobetasol is a potent corticosteroid that exhibits anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties.

This cream is indicated in the treatment of - Mixed and complicated fungal, protozoal & bacterial infections, mild to moderate vaginitis, candidiasis and trichomoniasis, pruritus vulvae, dermatitis, eczema, genito-urinary infections.

Apply by gently rubbing onto the affected area twice daily.

Contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to any of the components of the formulation.

The safe use of this preparation during pregnancy & lactation has not been established.

No hazardous interactions have been reported.

Acute overdosage is very unlikely to occur. However, in case of chronic overdose or misuse the feature of hypercortisolism may appear.

Store in cool and dry place (below 30°C), protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
