Hydroxychloroquine sulfate belongs to disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). This medicine is used treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, discoid and systemic lupus erythematosus, and dermatological conditions caused or aggravated by sunlight and treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis. The tablets are for oral administration. Each dose should be taken with a meal or glass of milk.
Buscon (Hyoscine butylbromide) is a quaternary ammonium antimuscarinic agent. Hyoscine butylbromide does not readily pass the blood-brain barrier. It is a competitive antagonist of the actions of acetylcholine and other muscarinic agonists. It is used in the treatment of conditions associated with gastrointestinal spasm. It is available as 5's x 2 blistered 1 ml ampoule in each box & 10×10’s tablets in blister strip in each box.
