Sucrasol Suspension is a sucrose sulfate-aluminium complex that binds to the ulcer, creating a physical barrier that protects the gastrointestinal tract from stomach acid and prevents the degradation of mucus. The action of Sucrasol is non-systemic. Sucrasol is indicated in adults and adolescents over 14 years old for treatment of duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, chronic gastritis and the prophylaxis of gastrointestinal hemorrhage from stress ulceration in seriously ill patients. Sucrasol is available as oral suspension in 200 ml PET bottle.

Vonoprazan is a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) and does not require activation by acid. It inhibits H+, and K+-ATPase in a reversible and potassium-competitive manner. Vonoprazan has strong basicity and resides on the acid production site of gastric parietal cells for a long time, thereby inhibiting gastric acid production. Vonoprazan exerts a strong inhibitory effect on the formation of mucosal damage in the upper part of the gastrointestinal tract.

Gadosol 10 ml solution for injection, a preparation of Gadoteric Acid is a unique contrast agent indicated for intravenous use with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in brain (intracranial), spine and associated tissues in adult and pediatric patients (2 years of age and older) to detect and visualize areas with disruption of the blood brain barrier (BBB) and/or abnormal vascularity. Sinatide cozycap capsule is a combination of Salmeterol as Xinafoate BP and Fluticasone Propionate BP, Salmeterol Xinafoate is a selective, long acting beta-2 agonist used in the treatment of asthma and other forms of diffuse airways obstruction. Fluticasone Propionate is a corticosteroid with mainly glucocorticoid activity. Fluticasone Propionate is stated to exert a topical effect on the lungs without systemic effects at usual dose. Sinatide cozycap is available as 3x10 dry powder inhalation capsules in alu alu blister pack.

Voriconazole is a triazole antifungal medication used to treat serious fungal infections. The primary mode of action of Voriconazole is the inhibition of fungal cytochrome P450 mediated 14 alpha-lanosterol demethylation, an essential step in fungal ergosterol biosynthesis. Glipatab-M tablet is a combination of two oral anti-hyperglycemic drugs, Empagliflozin and Metformin. Empagliflozin and Metformin combination has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Glipatab-M ensures glycemic control by multiple ways with targeted benefit. It effectively reduces Fasting Plasma Glucose (FPG) and HbA1c. It shows moderate to high affinity for histamine H1-receptors and no affinity for muscarinic, serotonergic, dopaminergic and noradrenergic receptors. Lopitrast (Iopamidol), an organic Iodine compound and used as a non-ionic water-soluble radiographic contrast medium. Iopamidol blocks X-rays as they pass through the body, thereby allowing body structures not containing Iodine to be visualized. The degree of opacity produced by lopamidol is directly proportional to the total amount of the iodinated contrast agent in the path of the X-rays. The visualization of body structures is dependent upon the distribution and elimination of lopamidol. Lopitrast is available as –Lopitrast 370: (50 ml): Each glass bottle contains 37.76 g of lopamidol equivalent to 370 mg of Iodine per ml. Lopitrast 370: (100 ml): Each glass bottle contains 75.52 g of lopamidol equivalent to 370 mg of Iodine per ml. It is launched on May 20, 2024.

Linax E is a safe and effective option for T2DM patients who are not recommended to take Metformin due to intolerance and renal impairment and have a higher baseline HbA1c.It is available as 5/10 mg & 5/25 mg Tablet. The 39th Annual General Meeting of The IBN SINA Pharmaceutical Industry PLC was held on 22 October, 2023 through Digital (Virtual) Platform. Janab Kazi Harun or Rashid, Hon’ble Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting. Managing Director Prof. Dr. A. K. M Sadrul Islam Hon’ble Directors, Chairman Audit Committee, Chairman NRC, Statutory Auditors, Compliance Auditors, Independent Scrutinizer, Company Secretary and A large number of Share holders were attended the AGM virtually. The meeting started at 9:30 am by recitation from the Holy Quran. The Directors’ Report, Auditors’ Report and Audited Financial Statements were presented in the AGM for the Financial Year, 2022-23. The AGM approved 60% Cash Dividend after evaluating the financial report for the Year-2022-23 of the Company. Prof. Dr. A K M Sadrul Islam, Managing Director delivered his speech and also replied to the Hon’ble Shareholders’ various questions. Prof. ANMA Zaher and Prof. Dr. Choudhury Mahmood Hasan were re-elected as Director by rotation. The Company had made a significant contribution in the year under review towards the National Exchequers by paying Tk.163,74,45,414/- (One Hundred Sixty Three Crore Seventy Four Lac Forty Five Thousand Four Hundred and Fourteen) as Income Tax, VAT and other applicable Taxes. As per Bangladesh Labour Laws, Company has transferred5% of the profit i.e. Tk. 4,05,51,773/- (Four Crore Five Lac Fifty One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Three)to the Workers’ Profit Participation Fund (WPPF). The meeting was ended with a vote of thanks to and from the Chairman of the Company by praying for the blessings of the Almighty Allah to the human being at large.

The National Leader’s Conference was held on 24th December, 2022 at our own Mawna, Godhulia Project. The theme of this conference was “Our Origin, Our Inspiration”. Hon’ble Managing Director Prof. Dr. A K M Sadrul Islam was the chief guest of the conference. Hon’ble Director Marketing Prof. Dr. Shah Md. Bulbul Islam has chaired the conference and also gave his intellectual input to guide all field leaders. Senior General Manager, Marketing Md. Nurullah presented the sales performance of IPI in 2022 and goal along with strategies for 2023.
